History of Fallen Sunstar

Fallen Sunstar is an Exotic Warlock helmet built around Arc Ionic Traces, introduced with Arc 3.0 in Season of Plunder.

Overview

• Slot/class: Helmet, Warlock.
• Intrinsic perk – Ionic Conductor: Ionic Traces you create move faster and grant additional ability energy. Nearby allies also gain ability energy when you collect an Ionic Trace.
• Works best with Arc fragments that spawn Ionic Traces, such as Spark of Discharge, and in fireteam play. Shacknews notes other helmets (Geomag Stabilizers, Crown of Tempests) may be stronger for raw damage or Super uptime.

Acquisition

• Drops from Legend and Master Lost Sectors (Master gives the best chance), per Shacknews. Drop sources rotate, so check the current Lost Sector rotation.
• Can be reacquired and re-rolled through Exotic Armor Focusing with Master Rahool once unlocked (the game lists "Exotic Armor Focusing" as its source).
