History of Fatebringer (Timelost)

Overview

Fatebringer (Timelost) is a Kinetic Hand Cannon, the raid's classic weapon returned from Destiny 1. This is the Timelost variant of the original. A commonly cited god roll is Corkscrew Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Explosive Payload and Kill Clip. It received a substantial PvE damage boost in the reissue.

Acquisition

The Timelost version of Fatebringer drops only from Vault of Glass on Master difficulty, as a reward for completing that encounter's weekly challenge. It carries the Timelost Magazine origin trait (bonus Super energy on final blows, and the magazine doubles when your Super expires) and is a stronger variant of the regular weapon, which sources note does not stack with crafting. Part of the raid's farmable loot pool.
