History of Felwinter's Lie

Overview

Felwinter's Lie is a Legendary Solar Shotgun introduced in Destiny. It is described as a brute force weapon forged in fire by the Iron Lords. It uses the Aggressive frame with the Shot Package intrinsic. The weapon's flavor text reads: "I just like the name. Doesn't mean anything." —Lord Felwinter to Lord Timur.

Acquisition

In Destiny, Felwinter's Lie was one of several possible awards in the game's second Iron Banner event. In Destiny 2, it returned during Season of the Worthy (Season 10) as the reward upon completing the quest The Lie. That quest is no longer available.

The weapon can be bought from the Monument To Lost Lights in the Tower, where the wiki lists it as legacy gear. The item cannot be reacquired from Collections.
