History of Fire and Forget (triumph)

Overview

The Fire and Forget triumph requires the Guardian to complete Deepsight Resonance extractions on the Fire and Forget weapon. Successfully extracting the pattern five times unlocks the weapon's full pattern. Completing this triumph awards no additional rewards or score.

How to complete

Acquire the Fire and Forget weapon, a Legendary Linear Fusion Rifle that deals Stasis damage. This weapon was introduced in Season of the Seraph.

To progress the triumph, the Guardian must equip the weapon and complete the Deepsight Resonance extraction process. This must be done five times to achieve the required pattern progress. The weapon's description reads, "Remove what brings you pain."

Fire and Forget is associated with Banshee-44 and Ada-1. According to lore, Banshee-44 observed the weapon with Stasis energy coursing through its internal conduits, noting its ninety-seven percent efficiency. Ada-1 expressed fascination with the BrayTech weapon, noting that the Black Armory never developed a linear fusion rifle due to a lack of necessary precision in their forges.
