History of Firewalker

Firewalker is the intrinsic perk on The Path of Burning Steps. Solar-weapon and Ignition damage bonuses scale with Roaring Flames stacks: one, two, or three stacks grant 10%, 15%, or 20% weapon damage and 5%, 10%, or 15% Ignition damage. The damage bonuses stack with Surge mods, and the perk reduces how long Suspend, slow, and freeze effects last on you.

Bungie previewed this rework on June 19, 2025; it shipped with Edge of Fate on July 15, 2025.
