History of Following Instructions

Overview

Following Instructions is a Triumph in Destiny 2. The objective requires the player to earn 20 Medals. The triumph description states that the goal is to hold enough Motes to summon a Primeval, then deposit them without picking up more.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, players must participate in activities where Primeval enemies can be summoned. During these encounters, players must accumulate a sufficient quantity of Motes to trigger the summoning of the Primeval. Once the Primeval is summoned, the player must deposit their held Motes into the designated area. Crucially, the player must not pick up any additional Motes after the Primeval has been summoned and before or during the deposit process. This specific behavior results in the earning of a Medal. The player must repeat this process until a total of 20 medals have been earned.
