History of Fond Farewell

Overview

'''Fond Farewell''' is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires the player to kill an opposing Guardian in the last five seconds of an Invasion match while currently emoting, ensuring the kill credit is registered before Drifter returns the player to their side. Completing this triumph awards three Medals.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the player must participate in an Invasion activity. The specific conditions for completion are as follows:

1. Wait until the final five seconds of the Invasion match.
2. Activate an Emote immediately before securing a kill.
3. Kill an opposing Guardian while the emote is active.
4. Ensure the kill occurs before the match ends and before Drifter returns the player to their side.

The kill must happen within the specified time window while the emote is playing. If the emote is stopped or the match concludes before the kill is registered, the condition will not be met. The player must successfully perform this action to receive the associated medals.
