Overview
Freelance: Trials of Osiris is a Crucible 3v3 Trials of Osiris playlist for solo players: everyone queues alone, matchmaking builds the fireteam, and no pre-made fireteams are allowed, so you only face other solo players. Win by eliminating opponents or by capturing the zone, and earn as many round and match wins on a ticket as you can.
It debuted as a temporary playlist the weekend of 22 October 2021, with doubled Trials reputation, and was optional alongside regular Trials. It was a limited-time test at launch; check the current in-game Trials node for whether a Freelance queue is available.
Launch
Select the Trials of Osiris node in the Crucible section of the director while the Trials weekend is live (the Freelance option appears as a separate node when offered).
Rewards
Trials reputation and the standard Trials ticket rewards; the weekend's seasonal challenge for 20 round wins awarded Reed's Regret per PCGamesN.
