History of Giving and Giving

Overview

Giving and Giving is a Triumph in Destiny 2 from the Clan triumph set. It is completed by redeeming all of your clan's packages from Hawthorne.

How to complete

1. Join a Clan. Hawthorne's clan packages are only offered to clan members.
2. Progress the clan through its clan challenges. Clan challenges advance through Crucible and Gambit matches, and through Raids or Nightfalls where at least half of your fireteam are clanmates.
3. Claim the packages from Hawthorne as they become available, and check the clan screen to see how many remain.
4. Redeem every package to finish the triumph.

Tips: if the clan score stops moving with a package still unclaimed, one player reported that completing a Nightfall, a Raid or a similar clan activity and then claiming again from Hawthorne could move it along. A 2020 thread reported that a package was missing after the season had ended, and the reply said Bungie would not reset season progress to fix it. Check the clan screen before the season ends.
