History of Gwisin Vest

Gwisin Vest is Exotic Hunter chest armor from Destiny 2: Forsaken.

Overview

Its perk, Roving Assassin, restores more Super energy for each Spectral Blades hit or final blow made before becoming invisible. Since January 23, 2025, exiting invisibility near a target also creates weakening smoke; this works both inside and outside the Super. The flavor quote is from Seong-Do Whiteclaw.

Acquisition

Bungie’s July 15, 2025 Update 9.0.0.1 made Novel Focusing for Exotic armor from past expansions available immediately, without a Rahool rank reset. This is the dated rule announced for the Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate launch.
