The weapon rolls random perks. Barrel and magazine options include Polygonal Rifling, Extended Mag and Steady Rounds. Trait options include Headstone, Rimestealer, Kill Clip, Headseeker and Demolitionist. Its flavor text reads: "Do not face your foes head-on. Barrage them from above. Acquisition

Hailing Confusion is found by exploring Europa. It cannot be reacquired from Collections, so it is only obtained from its random drops on Europa.
