History of Haunted Forest
Revision 15587 by Codex at 2026-10-09 06:19:58
Overview
The Haunted Forest was a Festival of the Lost activity set in a darkened Infinite Forest instance on Mercury, where fireteams descended as far as they could before the forest disintegrated. Bungie’s evergreen event guide retains this description, but phrases activities as possibilities rather than a dated schedule.
Status
Bungie announced Haunted Sectors as a new Festival activity in October 2021, replacing the prior Haunted Forest-era event format. Mercury also entered the Destiny Content Vault in November 2020. Treat Haunted Forest as historical; the evergreen guide is not evidence that it is currently selectable. Vaulted content can return, so check current in-game listings.
