History of Head Rush

Head Rush is an Origin Trait from Season 22. Sliding, or standing up after crouching, gives the weapon a brief window of bonus handling, reload speed and damage against Hive combatants.

Origin Traits are tied to a weapon's origin, so the trait only appears on weapons from that source. Some weapons have two Origin Traits, one from their source and one from their manufacturer, and you must choose which one is active.

It rolls on Semiotician, Brya's Love, Eleatic Principle, Kept Confidence, Locus Locutus, and The Eremite. Head Rush is most useful against Hive enemies, where the handling, reload and damage bonus adds up during a slide-and-stand cycle.
