Overview

In the game manifest Hefnd's Vengeance is listed as a Nightfall in the European Dead Zone ("Climb to the icy summit and defeat Hefnd's Vengeance"). The sources I could open describe only the boss of that name: Hefnd's Vengeance, Blighted Chimaera, the final boss of the Warlord's Ruin dungeon, a Taken Ahamkara chimaera: the corrupted form of Hefnd, slain by Lord Shaxx in the Great Ahamkara Hunt. I could not verify the Nightfall variant independently; it likely reuses the dungeon's setting. Treat details below as unconfirmed for the Nightfall version.

Boss mechanics (Warlord's Ruin final encounter)

Shoot the central blight; destroy Blighted Eyes to spawn Scorn bosses, which drop lanterns used to cleanse totems; the Hex of Vengeful Corruption debuff kills a Guardian in 17 seconds if not managed; climb floating platforms for staggered damage phases; at about 5% health a final stand teleports the team to the top level.
