History of High-Impact Reserves Refit

Overview

High-Impact Reserves Refit is the refit (catalyst) version of High-Impact Reserves. Its effect is the same: rounds at the end of the magazine deal more damage. It is a Season 26 basic trait. It rolls only on Barrow-Dyad, so it is a catalyst option for that weapon rather than a general roll.

Catalyst

The refit is unlocked as part of the Barrow-Dyad exotic catalyst chain. As of April 2025, these were the steps:

1. Complete an Expert Court of Blades run with the Barrow-Dyad equipped to start the quest.
2. Reach Rank 12 with the Shaping Slab.
3. Complete another Expert Court of Blades run using long-range weapons such as Scout Rifles, Sniper Rifles or Linear Fusion Rifles, and/or the Barrow-Dyad.

Precision weapons in the first run can satisfy both steps. Steps may have changed since April 2025.
