History of High-Value Targets

High-Value Targets (HVTs) are world-event enemies that can appear in patrol spaces and announce their arrival, death, and escape on screen. Killing one can complete a bounty, progress a quest, or upgrade a piece of gear.

Locations

Florescent Canal has three HVTs: the Lightbearer Acolyte, the Lightbearer Knight, and the Lightbearer Wizard. The same area also hosts weekly rotating Lucent Hive Inquisitors. The source page is dated, so the list may have changed in later seasons.
