History of Hive Acolyte

Hive Acolytes are the Hive's main infantry and foot soldiers. Unlike lesser Thralls, they use cover to avoid incoming fire and coordinate with other Hive. They fight with Shredders and Boomers, and in Destiny 2 they can throw incendiary explosives similar to grenades. Some act as snipers with the Soulfire Rifle. Surviving Acolytes can later become Wizards or Knights.
