History of Hive Torpor

Overview

Hive Torpor is a Triumph in Destiny 2, part of the Monument of Triumph content. It asks for 50 Hive combatants defeated on the Moon with Stasis abilities or the Ex Diris Exotic weapon. Kills with any other weapon or ability do not count.

How to complete

Go to the Moon and fight Hive combatants there. Each qualifying kill adds to the progress bar, which runs from 0 to 50.

Qualifying methods:

• Stasis melee, grenades, and supers. Any Stasis ability counts.
• The Ex Diris Exotic grenade launcher. Its kills create friendly Hive moths that seek out other enemies and explode with Arc damage, so one Ex Diris can clear many enemies at once.

Ex Diris is an Arc weapon, so the triumph does not require Stasis if you use the weapon route. Stasis builds are the alternative for players who prefer abilities. Hive Torpor is listed among the easy targets triumphs for the Immortal title.
