History of Housing

Housing is the fifth improvement for the Eliksni Quarter, unlocked at a community total of 260,000,000 Captain's Coins during the Season of Plunder community event. Once the milestone is reached, players must visit the Eliksni Quarter through the HELM to see the improvement.
