History of Hunter's Journal Modification

Overview

Hunter's Journal Modification is a Triumph tied to the Episode: Echoes expansion. The objective is to unlock Artifact mods on the Hunter's Journal, a Legendary Seasonal Artifact from Season 24. The Journal is given to players after they complete the Transmigration story mission.

How to complete

Unlock Artifact mods on your Hunter's Journal while Episode: Echoes is active. The Journal's mods, which the game also calls perks, are arranged in five columns. Column One is unlocked by default. Each later column needs a set number of unlocked perks from the earlier columns: 3 for Column Two, 5 for Column Three, 7 for Column Four and 10 for Column Five. You can have up to 12 perks active at once.

Tips

• Level the Journal by earning experience from normal play. Seasonal challenges are the fastest source, and they often grant several ranks each.
• Column One holds the Anti-Barrier, Unstoppable and Overload mods, which affect weapon types such as Pulse Rifles, Sniper Rifles and Auto Rifles.
