History of III: Just a Kindness

Overview

III: Just a Kindness is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the third chapter of the A Tangled Web lore book, added with Beyond Light in December 2020 during Season of the Hunt.

The chapter is narrated in the third person and follows Druis, an Awoken Warlock pinned down by Cabal forces, including a Centurion, Legionaries and Psions. An unseen Hunter named Crow clears the enemies with precise shots. Druis notices that Crow is Reefborn, and Crow seems uneasy about it. After the pair find the supply cargo, Druis takes a bottle of preserved drink from the crates as a gift. Crow drinks it alone outside after he has already left, and toasts him.

How to complete

The book's entries unlock by completing specific triumphs, so this triumph is one of the steps that opens the chapter.
