History of III—Thrysiks

Overview

III—Thrysiks is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the third chapter of the Sightlines lore book, added with Lightfall in April 2023.

The chapter is told from the perspective of Devrim Kay, an aging scout watching from a church steeple on Earth, with Crow on comms. A Salvation Skiff enters the atmosphere near Trostland, and a Fallen Dreg leaves his scavenger crew and approaches Devrim unarmed with his hands raised. The Dreg is Thrysiks, who declares his defection: "I am Thrysiks. Peace to the Great Machine. Honor to the Kell of Light." Devrim lowers his rifle and decides to bring him in.

Thrysiks later joins the House of Light under Eido. Spider offers him Glimmer for Salvation's secrets, which he refuses.
