The curated roll is Corkscrew Rifling, Seraph Rounds, Grave Robber and Disruption Break, and with the right armor mods it can spawn Warmind Cells. High Ground Gaming suggests Dynamic Sway Reduction with Tap the Trigger for PvP, and Subsistence plus Demolitionist or Threat Detection plus Surrounded for PvE.

Acquisition

Originally it dropped from the Contact public event. High Ground Gaming reports that it is now in the world loot pool after planetary locations were removed, and the best farm is rank-up packages from Banshee-44, earned by turning in weapon parts for Legendary Engrams. No source says it is craftable.
