History of IX. The Kell of Darkness

Overview

IX. The Kell of Darkness is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2, the ninth card in the The Once-Shipstealer book. It was added with Beyond Light in November 2020 and concerns Eramis and her council, including Variks.

The entry follows Eramis as an obsidian ship descends on Europa. Whispers urge her to choose her own path instead of waiting to be chosen. She boards the ship and takes its cold, ancient power, and this moment marks the founding of House Salvation.

The triumph's objective is listed as five stages of progress. The The Kell of Darkness story mission, in which the Guardian hunts Eramis down, is a separate activity.
