History of Icy Optimization

Overview

Icy Optimization is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the Dawning winter event. It requires acquiring every Dawning upgrade from Eva Levante; the game tracks 10 upgrades. A 2024 guide lists a buy-all triumph named "Shopping Spree" with 12 upgrades, as part of the Star Baker title, so counts and names have changed between years.

How to complete

• Spend Dawning Spirit at Eva Levante to buy each upgrade.
• Earn Dawning Spirit from Eva's bounties. The 2024 guide lists about 24 per day from completing all bounties on three characters, plus 60 from weeklies. Repeatable bounties give 1 each.
• Gift treats to NPCs for 3 Dawning Spirit each.
• The 2024 guide puts the total for all 12 upgrades at 380 Dawning Spirit. Check the in-game vendor for current costs, since they change between years.
