Inotam's Ruin

Overview

Inotam's Ruin is a Triumph in Destiny 2, earned by defeating Inotam, Oblivion's Triune, the final boss of the Sundial. Inotam forms after the three Psion Flayer sisters, Ozletc, Tazaroc and Niruul, merge. It uses all three of their abilities during the fight.

The companion triumph, Flayer Slayer, requires killing each of the three Psion Flayers.

How to complete

1. Clear the gauntlet of Cabal activities in the Sundial, which involve throwing orbs and holding plates, until the progress bar fills.
2. Return to the center of the Sundial. The three Psion Flayers appear briefly, then give way to Inotam.
3. Stand on the starred plates to damage Inotam once its invulnerability shield drops. Split the fireteam so everyone can claim a plate at the same time.
4. Each time Inotam loses a third of its health, you are sent to a small arena to defeat one Psion Flayer: Ozletc, Tazaroc or Niruul. Shoot each one until it drops, and you return to the Sundial. Each return adds a plate, going from one to two to three. Once all plates are active, Inotam can be damaged.
5. Inotam's attacks include Niruul's Detain and Void Prison, Ozletc's Voltaic Strike, and Tazaroc's Solar Seekers. Its miniaturized Cabal Slug Launcher knocks back attackers, and it summons Cabal guards for defense.

Almost any weapon can damage Inotam. Ritual weapons, Pinnacle weapons and the best grenade launchers are all strong choices.
