Overview
Irkalla Complex is a private Ishtar Collective facility on Neomuna. It connects to Esi Terminal and Veil Containment. The facility houses The Veil, a paracausal entity that powers the entire city and provides the basis for the Cloud Ark.
It first appeared in Destiny 2: Lightfall and returned in Season of the Deep and Season of the Wish.
