Overview

It Stared Back is a Legendary Solar Sword with the Adaptive Frame archetype from the Leviathan Raid. Its flavor text has Emperor Calus staring into the deep at the edge of the universe and becoming its herald.

Perks per the sources: intrinsic or blade options Hungry Edge (more ammo) or Jagged Edge (more damage); guards Enduring Guard or Burst Guard; traits Whirlwind Blade (consecutive strikes boost damage) and Relentless Strikes (three quick light attacks grant sword ammo). Stats differ between the two sources (Impact 60 vs 62, ammo 64 vs 60), likely from different weapon versions, so check the in-game values.

Acquisition

Random drop from the Leviathan Raid.
Raid Engram redemption with Benedict 99-40 in the Tower (Destiny Game Wiki also mentions decrypting Imperial Engrams), or Clan Raid Engrams from Suraya Hawthorne.
Not craftable and no Adept version is listed. Sources use the past tense for acquisition; check the in-game collection for current availability.
