Lightweight Knife is a Solar Hunter throwing-knife melee ability for the Gunslinger. The subclass reference describes it as a quick throw with moderate damage; precision hits make the Hunter Radiant for a short time. Bungie’s Update 9.5.0 later increased its critical-hit multiplier from 1.3 to 1.5. Separately, Bungie’s May 1, 2025 This Week in Destiny preview announced a tracking adjustment across Throwing Knife melee abilities; the preview does not establish an implementation date.
