History of Lost No More

Overview

Lost No More is a Triumph that requires locating the last of the dead Ghosts. There are 10 Dead Ghost shells in total. Completing this triumph awards 30 score.

How to complete

• Collect the Dead Ghost shells on the Moon.
• One of the ten shells is inside a dungeon, so the Moon alone does not finish the triumph.
• Players reported that the triumph stays locked at 9/10 or 10/10 even after collecting every shell. A workaround from the same thread: a teammate who has not yet collected the dungeon shell runs the dungeon with you and does the ghost shell quest, and the triumph then unlocks for you.

Players also reported this triumph blocking the Harbinger seal and title. These reports are from 2020.
