History of Luna – 4

Overview

Luna – 4 is a lore-card Triumph in Destiny 2, one of nine Luna entries in the lore book Tales of the Forgotten – Vol. 1. The book was added in the 2021 Festival of the Lost during Season of the Lost. Its speakers are Cryptarch Yareli and Glint.

Lore

Cryptarch Yareli explains to Glint that many Golden Age cultures honored the dead at the turn from autumn to winter, a liminal phase. He shows an old publication describing pumpkins painted on people's bodies as a holiday trend. Asked whether this helped people contact the dead, Yareli admits that part remains unclear.
