Overview

MCXVII. is a lore Triumph in Destiny 2, part of The Chronicon, a lore book added in Season of Opulence in June 2019.

Lore

The entry is recorded by Scribe Ixolt. The Shadow of Earth, with Eliksni and Awoken Shadows, recovers lost knowledge for Emperor Calus from the Inner Sanctum of Athenaeum World X, an ice planet guarded by its hostile environment. On the way, the group is attacked by unknown predators during a storm, and the Eliksni Shadow dies in the fight. The surviving Shadows reach the Inner Sanctum and recover centuries of knowledge.

How to complete

Chronicon pages unlock as you upgrade the Chalice of Opulence, and some also appear in the lore tabs of the Opulent Armor sets.
