MMXXII is the 2022 Moments of Triumph seal, covering The Witch Queen and its seasons (Season of the Risen, Season of the Haunted, Season of Plunder, Season of the Seraph). Complete 28 of 30 triumphs for the MMXXII title. It ran until February 28, 2023 (the launch of Lightfall) and is now unobtainable.

Empty Throne — Complete all Witch Queen campaign missions on any difficulty.
The Witch Queen—Legendary — Complete all of The Witch Queen missions on Legendary difficulty.
Vow of the Disciple — Complete the "Vow of the Disciple" raid.
King's Fall — Complete any version of the "King's Fall" raid.
Crisis Inverted — Complete the "Spire of the Watcher" dungeon.
Thoughtstealer — Complete the "Duality" dungeon.
Raid Runner, Dungeon Diver — Complete the following raid and dungeon objectives to earn a special Sparrow and emblem. Additionally, completing this Triumph unlocks the Bungie rewards Moments of Triumph patch.
Here We Go Again — Complete 6 raid or dungeon rotator challenges.
I'll Build It Myself — Acquire 1 Weapon Pattern from a raid or dungeon.

Psionic Operator — Complete the mission "Operation Elbrus."
Severance — Complete the mission "Bound in Sorrow."
Savior of the Seven Seas — Journey to each of the Pirate Hideouts and defeat the Pirate Lords within.
Rebuilding Rasputin — Complete the quest "More Than a Weapon."
Solid Seraph — Complete "Operation: Seraph's Shield."
Signal Jammer — Complete the "Vox Obscura" Exotic quest.
Buddy Up — Claim all Rank rewards from Fynch.

Vanguard Victory — Defeat combatants in Vanguard playlists with any of the following ritual weapons: Reckless Endangerment, Chain of Command, Cry Mutiny, or Veles-X.
Gambit Gauntlet — Defeat targets in Gambit with any Seasonal Quest weapon: Adored, Salvager's Salvo, Null Composure, or Ascendancy. Bonus progress for defeating opposing Guardians.
Crucible Contract — Defeat Guardians in Crucible with any Seasonal Quest weapon: Adored, Salvager's Salvo, Null Composure, or Ascendancy.
Ordeal — Complete Nightfall strikes. Bonus progress for higher-difficulty strikes.
Taskmaster — Complete bounties.
Trials Wins — Win rounds in the Trials of Osiris.
Triumphant Achiever — Attain an impressive Triumph score.
Buildcrafter — Complete playlist or Seasonal activities using each Light subclass.
Don't Call It A Staff — Defeat targets with Glaive projectile and melee final blows. Bonus progress for defeating opposing Guardians.
But This One Is Mine — Gain 20 weapon levels using crafted weapons. Weapon levels can be gained across several weapons.

Reward: Emblem — Complete Triumphs to earn the 2019 Moments of Triumph emblem.
Reward: Ghost Shell — Complete 14 Triumphs to earn the 2024 Moments of Triumph Ghost shell.
T-Shirt Unlocked at Bungie Store — Complete Triumphs to unlock the 2022 T-shirt for purchase in the Bungie Store. Visit bungiestore.com/rewards

Per TheGamer, 1, 5 and 10 triumphs each unlock an emblem and 15 unlocks the Bungie Store shirt token; 28 unlocks the MMXXII title and seal. The in-game record on this page also lists a Moments of Triumph Ghost shell reward, so the tier-to-item mapping is unverified; check in-game.

Not gildable and no longer obtainable.

Raid Runner, Dungeon Diver needs Vow of the Disciple, King's Fall, Duality and Spire of the Watcher plus six rotator challenges and one weapon pattern, and unlocks the Moments of Triumph patch.
TheGamer notes nearly every triumph is retroactive from the launch of The Witch Queen, with a deadline of the launch of Lightfall (Feb 28, 2023 per the in-game text).
Ritual triumphs need the 2022 ritual weapons (Reckless Endangerment, Chain of Command, Cry Mutiny, Veles-X; seasonal quest weapons for Gambit Gauntlet and Crucible Contract).
