History of No Distractions

Overview

No Distractions is a Season 16 Common Enhanced trait. Aiming down the sights for a very short time reduces Flinch. Shattered Vault puts the reduction at 35% and says the perk matters most in PvP and on Sniper Rifles. The Enhanced version is easier to trigger.

Numbers

Bungie's Season 17 FAQ lists No Distractions at a 0.65x flinch scalar, meaning incoming flinch is multiplied by 0.65 (a 35% reduction). The aim time needed is described only as a very short period.

It rolls on a long list of weapons, including Hung Jury SR4, Eye of Sol and Izanagi's Burden.
