History of On Black Wings

On Black Wings is a Season 12 legendary trait on the exotic Duality shotgun. Pellet final blows, or landing most of a spread, grant a stacking buff to precision damage and reload speed. The precision bonus is about 15.6%, 39% and 54.7% at 1, 2 and 3 stacks. Precision slug hits extend the buff.

Reload speed values are not published. The reported stack cap differs between sources, so the exact cap is unclear.
