History of One Quiet Moment

Overview

One Quiet Moment is a Crucible origin trait that grants increased reload speed while out of combat (about +40 reload stat after 4 seconds without dealing or taking damage, per search summaries). Swords also gain faster movement.

Where it matters

It appears on The Crucible weapons; Trials weapons offer it alongside Alacrity as the origin-trait choice (Trials of Osiris). Origin traits arrived with The Witch Queen; the D2 Wiki says the perk was introduced in Season 16. Community reception is mixed since out-of-combat time is rare.
