History of Only the Essentials

Overview

Only the Essentials is a Triumph that requires completing the mission The Other Side alone, without dying at any point.

How to complete

1. Launch The Other Side in solo mode.
2. Play through the whole mission without dying. A single death fails the run.

Tips

• A 2019 flawless solo run used the Masterwork Rat King, which grants invisibility and health regeneration with each kill, helpful when a fight goes badly.
• The same thread used Loaded Question for the final encounter, where many thralls are defeated at once. A reply's run used Malfeasance and swapped loadouts during the mission.
• The original poster completed the run without the Super energy exploit, so the exploit is not needed.
• The thread is from 2019. Loadouts and mission rules may have changed since then.
