History of Panic Response

Panic Response is the intrinsic of the Exotic Submachine Gun Barrow-Dyad, from Season 26. The weapon builds Blight as it deals damage. When it stops firing, the blight drains and slowly refills the magazine. Reloading converts the stored blight into Blighted Seekers, which bounce between enemies for Strand damage.

Upgrades

Newer versions go up to Panic Response V, earned through the Dyadic Ascension quest. Older versions stop at III.
