History of Panic Response IV

Overview

Panic Response IV is tier 4 of the Barrow-Dyad blight intrinsic. Its effect is the same as Panic Response: the weapon generates blight as it deals damage, blight drains into the magazine while the weapon is not firing, and reloading turns stored blight into Blighted Seekers.

Unlocking

IV is the last upgrade in Act 2 of the Barrow-Dyad line. It requires finding all 18 Taken Osseous Fragments and completing the Nether on Expert difficulty. II and III need 12 of these fragments, and IV needs all 18. It is slotted at the Shaping Slab in the Enclave on Mars.

Tips

Reload after a burst of fire to convert stored blight into Blighted Seekers.
