Parasitism is a Season 6 trait tied to the exotic Outbreak Perfected pulse rifle. Its bonus scales with how many SIVA nanites are attached to an enemy. More attached nanites means more damage.
As of 2019, a kill generated nine nanites at about 10 to 11 damage each, with extra damage against afflicted enemies.
