History of Perpetual Loophole

Overview

Perpetual Loophole is a Season 20 exotic trait on Vexcalibur. While you have an overshield, your melee attacks deal extra damage. Melee final blows made while the overshield is active refresh it.

Vexcalibur's block generates overshields for you and nearby allies, so guides describe a loop of blocking to build the overshield and then meleeing. No damage numbers are published.
