History of Phantasmal Fragment

Phantasmal Fragments are a Shadowkeep currency of residual Nightmare energy, from daily bounties, killing Nightmares or buying with Helium Filaments, capped at 30. They are spent at the Lectern of Enchantment in Sanctuary, including 20 for a Phantasmal Core.
