History of Photoinhibition

Photoinhibition is an origin trait on Garden of Salvation weapons. It deals bonus damage to shields and overshields, and breaking a shield disorients enemies, and breaking one with the matching element also disorients nearby enemies. It was introduced with the Garden's weapon reissue in Destiny 2: Revenant.
