Phry'zhia, the Insatiable

Overview

Phry'zhia, the Insatiable is the first boss of the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. The fight uses the Burdened by Riches mechanic: stacks are deposited into a crystal to bring down the boss's shield and start the damage phase.

During the fight, Scorch Cannon shots charge terminals that open the side doors, and the cannon-charged doors also yield more engrams for stacking. Phry'zhia throws a solar grenade into the arena and fires eye blasts, so keep moving and avoid staying in cover too long, because Hive thralls ambush players who wait.

After the boss, a Fallen Shield encounter uses Grav Launchers activated by Scorch Cannons.
