History of Pit

The Pit is one of the three zones on the Kell's Grave Gambit map, a much lower area suited to close-range combat. Enemies often gathered there in large numbers, so a wave could be cleared quickly with the right weapons. Destinypedia places the Pit straight ahead of the spawn area, while other descriptions place it straight ahead of the Gambit Bank.
