History of Points Piercing Forever

Overview

Points Piercing Forever is the Exotic catalyst quest for the Ticuu's Divination bow, given by Banshee-44 in the Tower. It dates to Season of the Chosen (Season 13); Shacknews describes the Ops activities of that era, while the current in-game text says calibration comes from Ops and Crucible wins, so requirements may have been updated.

Walkthrough

1. Siphon energy: collect 100 Orbs of Power (follow Guardians using Supers, or use masterworked weapons), defeat 50 Guardians and 100 combatants.
2. Calibrate: generate 200 calibration data by completing activities with the bow equipped, and defeat 50 Guardians and 100 combatants with Ticuu's Divination. Crucible wins and harder activities give extra progress.
3. Return to Banshee-44 for the repaired catalyst.

Rewards

• Ticuu's Divination Catalyst: perfectly drawn arrows that detonate Sacred Flames increase arrow damage; hits on unaffected targets refresh Causality Arrows. Shacknews says it needs 400 bow kills to fully charge, while another source says 700; sources disagree.
