History of Praxic

Overview

Praxic is the seal and title for the Equilibrium dungeon, added with Destiny 2: Renegades in December 2025 (Bungie and Destiny Bulletin give the dungeon launch as Saturday 13 December 2025 at 9:00 AM PT, with Contest Mode for the first 48 hours). The seal is built from the triumphs listed below, plus Renegades collectibles, and grants the Praxic title. It is still obtainable as of the latest sources reviewed.

Required triumphs

Guides say ten triumphs are needed to finish the seal, but the in-game list shows more (about 15), so some listed triumphs do not count toward the seal. Sources disagree on exactly which ones: a Bungie forum thread says Never De-Feated, To Walk Alone and Take a Bow give no seal progress, while a guide at Yardbarker lists Never De-Feated among the needed ones. Totals also vary by source: TotalApex says ten triumphs are needed, while Grindout lists 13 triumphs on the seal (without The Untrodden Path). Check the progress bar in game.

  • Finding Balance: complete the Equilibrium dungeon once.
  • Early Adopter: complete Equilibrium on Contest difficulty (only possible during the contest window).
  • Equilibrium (triumph): collect the trophies from the dungeon. Players report this needs the rewards from the solo and flawless triumphs below, including a sparrow and a shader.
  • Listen In: find every tape in Renegades (the dungeon collectibles also unlock the Praxic Drape shader).
  • The Untrodden Path: complete the quest "The Way Between".
  • Take a Bow: earn the Exotic bow Heirloom. Kyber's Corner says the Heirloom drops randomly from the final encounter and that completing Early Adopter guarantees the drop; picking up the quest "The Way Between" from Aunor unlocks its catalyst.
  • Perfect Record: clear every encounter as a fireteam without dying or leaving the activity.
  • Me And My Shadow: clear every encounter solo without leaving the activity.
  • To Walk Alone: clear every encounter solo without dying or leaving.
  • Never De-Feated: clear every encounter with three or more feats active.
  • Feats triumphs, each needing all encounters with that feat active: Finish Line (Phase Race), Imperial Hordes (Battalions), Lifetime Limit (Token Enabled), Blade Against Blade (Cutthroat Combat). Challenger Approaching is listed with the dungeon but its in-game text is about defeating a leader or opponents as a leader.

Tips

  • Encounter challenges: board the Harvester by killing Unnamed Apprentices with the Falcon, stun the Harrow Apprentice during its charge-up explosions, and for Dredgen Sere destroy a Taken orb within ten seconds of teleporting into a realm (leave one orb unshielded). The Sere challenge is the one players fail most.
  • Stack several feats in one run to knock out the feat triumphs together.
  • Estimated time: a few evenings for a coordinated team; the solo flawless triumph is the longest part.

Gilding

No gilding was documented in the sources reviewed (TotalApex, Grindout, TimeSaver, Kyber's Corner, Yardbarker).
