History of Precision Frame

Precision Frame is a weapon archetype (intrinsic) in Destiny 2, found on Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Both versions fire at 180 RPM; hand cannons are known for predictable, mostly vertical recoil and high accuracy, and scout rifles of the archetype such as Tone Patrol have an impact of 62 and a slow time-to-kill.
