History of Pulse Monitor

Overview

Pulse Monitor is a trait that works while you are wounded. It automatically reloads the magazine and improves weapon handling, and it still works while the weapon is stowed.

A 2020 Bungie balance post, as reported by AltChar, set the reload to up to a full magazine and the handling boost to +50 when it procs. It also made swap speed about five percent faster. Those values are from 2020, so check current patch notes before relying on them.
