History of QUEST: The Arms Dealer

The Arms Dealer is a Strike in the European Dead Zone from the original Destiny 2 (Red War) release. Guardians shut down an ironmonger supplying weapons to the Red Legion.

Overview

• Type: Strike and Nightfall (with a Prestige version).
• Location: Firebase Hades, European Dead Zone.
• Power: 1050 at launch (this listing: 750).
• Boss: Bracus Zahn.
• Lightfall rework: features Devrim Kay and Caiatl, rescuing captured Psions and facing Zahn again. Nightfall Champions: Barrier Colossus and Unstoppable Incendior, plus Tormentor in the reworked Nightfall.

Encounters

Legion's Anchor, Sunken Isles, Echion Hold and Firebase Airfield. A solar fuel cell puzzle disables barriers; Goliath Tanks and a Dishonored Valus block the way. In the boss fight Zahn requires fusion cores to break shield generators, and swaps from sniper to shotgun in the final phase.

Rewards

The Nightfall version can drop the Tilt Fuse Sparrow. Before patch 1.1.3 the Nightfall with specific modifiers was required for the Legend of Acrius.
